Tara Incopero, LCSW is a psychotherapist in Elmhurst, Illinois.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with minors in Educational Studies and Social Work from Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, IL.  She received her MSW from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. 

Tara is a PDA affirming provider (level 2 trained through PDA North America). She has specialized training in child and adolescent anxity and OCD. Her client population consists of parents of autistic and ADHD children with a pathologially demand avoidant profile, people with anxiety, adult and childhood ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, highly sensitive children, and school refusal.

Tara has an passion for working with alternative and complimentary treatments.  She is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Level 2 Bach Flower practitioner, Level 2 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practioner, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Earseeds Certified Practitioner, Level 1 YogaKids Instructor, Certified in the Safe and Sound and Focus Protocols, and incorporates meditation and breathing techniques in her sessions.
